I am Laura Francesconi and my work is to tell stories through images: pregnancy is one of the stories I love to tell most. Based in Monte Rosello, I approach every maternity photography session with the same attention, care and sensitivity I would give to an intimate narrative. My approach is inspired by reportage: I prefer to capture natural gestures, genuine looks and the small details that will make your photographs an authentic memory of this moment. I offer outdoor sessions, at your home or in places that are meaningful to you; the typical duration is planned so as not to tire the expectant mother (about 2 hours), with the option to include partner and children to turn the session into a family shoot. I create different types of projects: from a traditional maternity book to month-by-month photographic progressions for those who wish to document the evolution of the pregnancy. I know well that the best moment for bump photos is around the eighth month, when the belly is round and the mother still feels comfortable, but we always schedule the session according to your needs. I stay updated by attending international workshops and conferences: study and practice translate into technical care and narrative sensitivity in the images I deliver.
